A Fresh Start
Our passion for great tasting, nutritious bread, and our desire to run a community-based business, led us to Great Harvest. They have been making great bread for communities across the U.S. for over 25 years.
Your Annapolis Great Harvest looks like no other Great Harvest out there. We operate under a “Freedom Franchise.” The “Freedom” part means that we get to run our business in a way that meets Annapolis’s unique needs. The “Franchise” part gives us access to the recipes and processes that GH has continuously improved for over two decades. The result is breads and sweets that will knock your socks off!
Frank and Elvire Dembia have been living in Annapolis since 2005. We first met in the 1980's when Frank was a Midshipman at USNA and Elvire was visiting the academy. Our two adult children also live in the area and can often be found helping at the bakery when not at their professional jobs. We love continuing the 20 year tradition of baking the best fresh bread and goodies for the Annapolis community!
